What is SOGE home-bank?
SOGE home-bank is an Internet e-banking system for retail clients of the Société Générale Bank Srbija. SOGE home-bank enables you to check account balances, review the processed payments, and to perform payments and internal transfers.
Who can apply for SOGE home-bank registration?
SOGE home-bank is a service for all Société Générale Srbija retail clients. You can apply for
SOGE home-bank at Your Société Générale Srbija branch. After the registration you will receive User number and Password to access SOGE home-bank.
I have registered for the service today, received my User number and Password,
but I cannot log in to the SOGE home-bank?
Once created, your user profile requires one working day in order to be activated in the system.
You will not have access to SOGE home-bank during the day of your registration.
If you are unable to login after the expiration of the one-day period, please contact us, so we can find solution for the problem.
I cannot login to the encrypted part of SOGE home-bank?
In order to gain access to the encrypted part of the site, you must activate cookies in your web browser.
To do that in Internet Explorer (IE), from menu “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy” section “Settings”, check “Accept all cookies”.
Internet Explorer accepts all cookies by default. In order to gain access to SOGE home-bank, your browser should support 128-bit encryption.
Does my browser support 128-bit SSL encryption?
SSL internet connection uses 128-bits encryption key length for improved security of the data transmitted over the internet.
That is why all
SOGE home-bank users should set their browsers to use 128-bits encryption level.
The latest versions of the most popular browsers, support 128-bit encryption by default, and may be easily found and downloaded from
the Internet. You can determine if your web browser supports 128-bit encryption, by doing the following steps:
From menu "Help” of your Internet browser choose „About [browser name]”.
- For Internet Explorer – Next to "Cipher Strength" you may see "128-bit".
- For Netscape – the following text should be present: “This version supports high-grade (128-bit) security with RSA Public Key Cryptography”.
In case that the browser does not support 128-bit encryption, you should upgrade it to a newer version or choose another browser, compatible with this functionality,
in order to gain access to the protected part of
SOGE home-bank. We recommend the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, Opera 9.0 or higher and all other browsers that support 128-bit encryption.
What hardware should I have in order to use SOGE home-bank?
You need the following minimum system hardware and software requirements:

Pentium2 400 MHz or better CPU, 32MB of RAM or more
SVGA 800x600 monitor
28.8 Kbps Internet Connection or faster
Windows 95 or higher (or Linux with Graphic Interface KDE / GNOME)
128 bit SSL compatible browser, such as MS Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, or Firefox 2.0 or higher.

Macintosh Plus
16MB of RAM or more
28.8 Kbps Internet Connection or faster

How may I know that my session is encrypted?
When you gain access to the protected part of SOGE home-bank, please look for a padlock in the lower right part of your browser. If the padlock is locked, this means your session is protected.
What kind of security does SOGE home-bank?
SOGE home-bank uses SSL 128-bit encryption, in order to provide the optimal protection for your data.
What should I do in case I loose my User number and/or Password?
In this situation, you should immediately inform our Customer Care Center on the telephone number 011/30.11.555. After this, you should contact our officers at your Société Générale branch, where you were registered, in order to receive the User number and to fill in the Password recovery form.
Why should I change my Password regularly?
At your first login, you will be asked to change your Password. From this moment, after each 80th successful login to
SOGE home-bank, you will have to change your Password.
We recommend to change your Password as often as you can in order to avoid any kind of fraud. Additionally,
we suggest that you choose a Password which is not easy to guess (i.e. your birth date). The Password should contain 6 digits.
What is the time interval, necessary for SOGE home-bank to update the information on my accounts?
SOGE home-bank provides information on account balances from the end of the previous workday. Transactions that are perfomed during the day, can be seen the next workday.
